Stop trying so fucking hard.

Most artist/photographers/actors/tortured souls try too fucking hard. Way too fucking hard. Too hard being cool. Too hard to be deep. Too hard to be different.  To hard to stand out. Too hard to promote themselves. Too hard to be rich and famous. 

“Oh woe is me,” they utter, “I’m so misunderstood. My life is so hard.”

In the end it’s all transparent. It’s all bullshit. A retarded ruse that is nothing but a shallow and vain attempt to be popular and loved. Shit, they’ll settle on being hated just as long as they can get recognition from someone.

It’s sad and pathetic. There are no artists left who make art for themselves. None. If there is – show them to me. Ironically in doing so, you’ll only prove my point.
